Lumbreco

Lumbreco is a liquid organic fertilizer for foliar application, drip irrigation, and seed or seedling treatment. It contains 22 amino acids of plant origin, obtained by hydrolysis of plant meals using a US-licensed extraction technology that preserves the humic and fulvic acid content along with micro- and macronutrients.

Humic acids drive the accumulation and transport of nutrients from the soil to living organisms. Fulvic acids chelate minerals and prepare them for uptake by the plant — a key precondition for the utilization of soil-applied fertilizers. Applied as a foliar spray, Lumbreco supports the uptake of fertilizers from base fertilization, increases the energy capacity of the leaf mass and photosynthesis, strengthens the root system, and accelerates mycorrhiza.

Certification

Certificate of Compatibility — Inputs for Organic Agriculture, issued by Kiwa BCS Costa Rica Limitada (doc. no. A-2022-37193/2026-A0308725/0155, issued February 12, 2026, valid until January 31, 2027). Lumbreco is permitted for use in organic production under Regulation (EU) 2021/1165 Annex II, USDA/NOP §205.203(c)(3), and JAS — the only product in the range covered by all three standards. Registered as a fertilizer with the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (certificate no. 314). Producer: Lumbreco Ltd., Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Application overview

Foliar: 100 mL per 0.1 ha twice, or 200 mL per 0.1 ha once, per season under normal conditions; 300 mL per 0.1 ha once under stress or reduced base fertilization. Drip irrigation: 2 L per 0.1 ha over the season, applied every 15–20 days at a 1:120 dilution. Alfalfa: 100 mL per 0.1 ha after each cut.
